- Extract the file that you downloaded earlier with WinRAR
- Run the installer as Run as Administrator
- Install as usual and wait for it to finish
- When it's finished, open the Counter Strike GLobal Offensive folder
- Run Loader.exe by Run as Administrator
- To play offline, select Play> Play offline with Bots
