- Extract using WinRAR or similar applications
- Install PHPMaker until it's finished, and don't open it first
- Run the Keygen file and select Product PHPMaker 2020
- Fill in the name, then select Generate
- Open PHPMaker 2020 on the Desktop right-click and Run As Administrator
- (If asked to install Composer, just select Install. It's optional, may be installed or not)
- Select the Help - Register section
- Fill in the name registered in Keygen, and Enter the Serial from the Keygen earlier
- Click on Register
- Finish
